Umbrella Company Operating through our in house umbrella company is ideal for those who do not wish to be involved in the running of their own company. It is also suitable for those contracting for only a short period. The umbrella company is completely IR35 free and will therefore be most suitable for those looking for an IR35 free environment. With the umbrella option all the administrative and compliance matters are dealt with by Alexander Ene through our own in house company. The only thing you are required to do is send your time-sheet to your agency and provide us with copies together with details of your business expenses. We will issue invoice on your behalf, collect payments and process your salary. Your net salary is transferred to your nominated bank account after deducting our fees, PAYE tax and National Insurance and adding back authorised expenses.
